The Emotion Check-in is a practice that helps students reflect on how they are feeling.
The Emotion Check-in consists of 3 parts:
- An initial check-in
- A recorded activity
- A follow up question
To complete the Emotion Check-in:
- Select a response to the How are you feeling? question by exploring the 5 categories (the 5 icons) and then clicking on the emotion that best represents how you are feeling.
- Select why you are feeling that emotion.
- Participate in the recorded activity.
- Using the same icons as the first question, follow up with How are you feeling now?
